Seychelles is a beautiful tropical paradise complete with white sandy beaches, blue waters and warm weather. The locals are a blend of race, culture and religions with a history steeped in African, European and Asian descent. Their vibrant culture can be seen throughout the art, cuisine, music, dance and architecture of the local island life.
The Seychelles’ climate is always warm never reaching extremes of heat or cold. The temperature rarely drops below 24°C or rises above 32°C.
Life on the base will be simple: island living, sleeping in basic dormitory style accommodation with shared bathrooms as well as sharing cooking and cleaning duties. Meals are prepared by volunteers on a rotational basis.
