African Impact wants to thank each and every past volunteer and intern for being part of our 15 year journey!

To celebrate, we want to hear your story about how the experience changed your life (whether it was 15 years ago, or yesterday), and how it has taken you #BeyondVolunteering.

For your chance to return to Africa on any African Impact volunteer project for FREE, send your video via (maximum 3-minutes) to by 30 April.

We want to hear about two things:

  1. Your experience volunteering or interning with African Impact
  2. How volunteering or interning has changed your life and taken you #BeyondVolunteering

The video that gives our Managing Director the most feels will win. Look out for the winning announcement on 3rd May 2019.

NONE! We simply want to hear your story. Here’s a few ideas:

  • Portrait ‘selfie-style’ into camera (you might even get a feature on our Insta stories!)
  • A cool voice-over edit with videos from your time on project
  • Ask a friend to film you doing a presentation
  • Introduce us to your family and friends – how do they think your life was changed?
  • Old-school webcam recording
